What services does Mind Your Manor provide?
We provide a variety of services, and would be happy to help you determine which would best fit your needs. Some of the most common services provided by Mind Your Manor fall under the following categories:

- Daily Dog-Walking while you are at work (Mon-Fri)

Mid-Day Pet care
If your daily schedule prevents you from being home with your pet throughout the daytime hours, we can arrange to come by on a regular basis to check in on your furry loved one. Generally, our clients request mid-day pet care Monday through Friday, but we are easily able to accommodate mid-day visits on the weekends as well. Depending on your desires, we can provide fresh water and food, walk your dog, clean your kitty's litter box, check for accidents on the floor, turn on/off the lights for your arrival after dark, or perform other tasks that will make you feel more secure about being away from home all day. Most importantly, your pet will receive individual attention and affection while you are gone. We offer as few as one visit per week.
Extended Absence Pet care/House-Sitting
“Extended absence” refers to time away from home that is longer than usual. Although the length of time varies from a day trip during which you need us to walk your dog a couple times, to an extended trip that might last for several days. When you will be away from home for a length of time, your pets may be more comfortable if you leave them home in our care. Whether you need a sitter for your pets or security for your home, hiring Mind Your Manor provides peace of mind while you are away. Your needs for an extended absence service may be quite different from anyone else's, so we will be sure to consult with you to ensure that you will receive the quality individual services you desire. When you contact us , we can help you decide what type of extended absence service will fit your situation best:

Regularly Scheduled Visits
The home-care services we provide during regularly scheduled visits can include (but are not limited to):
- Checking on your heating and plumbing systems
- Starting your car
- Caring for your pets, plants, and lawn
- Bringing in your mail and newspapers, or forwarding your mail to you
- Providing activity that will be an effective deterrent to potential break-ins
- Coordinating your other home services while you are away
We will work with you to determine the frequency of visits so that you can feel assured that your home is well cared for. If you do not have pets, we require that you have us come in at least twice a week. If we find any problems, we will call the service providers whose names and numbers you have provided us, and we will arrange for them to come in and make repairs. There is no better feeling when you have been away than to return to find your home as safe and secure as you left it. Remember, activity in a house is a great crime deterrent!
Live-in Service
For those whose pets are accustomed to receiving lots of attention, and/or for whom home security is a big concern, live-in service may be the most assuring choice. A member of our trustworthy staff will provide all the home- and pet-care services your situation requires, and will spend the night in your home. We think this is the best option for deterring potential buglers. If you have young pets who require frequent walks, or who get nervous when alone (for example, during thunder storms), this may be the only option that allows you to enjoy your vacation worry-free.

Who will be my house/pet-sitter?
When you hire Mind Your Manor to care for your home or pet, one or more trained members of our staff will perform the job. While we cannot guarantee service by any particular staff member, we do try to accommodate requests when possible. All Mind Your Manor staff share a common goal of leaving your home extremely secure and meticulously clean, your pets happy, healthy, and safe. Most of our staff are ourselves pet owners, so we understand that you consider your pet to be a valued member of the family!

What is Mind Your Manor 's cancellation policy?
Once we place you in our calendar we have the right to charge you 100% of the total fee for your services unless we are able to replace your time in our service with another client. You will only be charged the difference if the services differ. None the less you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee. If you are a weekly client (Daily walks) you must give us more than 24 hour notice and you will not be charged but for the other days you will be charged at our regular rates.

Mind Your Manor is based in Framingham . We service the majority of the Metro West Area. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we now have a Milford-based business , so we can now also accommodate clients who live in Milford and surrounding towns.
