Dan the owner is very professional with clear policies regarding his business. This helps prevent misunderstandings and Dan has been a very good communicator. Our e-mail requests or phone messages are responded to and acknowledged when needed in a timely manner. Most importantly Dan has common sense when it comes to taking care of our dogs in our absence. All of our dogs seem well cared for and happy when we get home after being gone.
